No! Keto is something you can do without any special food or supplements. However, based on your goals, there are recommended apps and keto specific products that may be a good fit. These products are readily available in your local grocery store or on an online marketplace.
A Keto Coach is someone who provides the support, accountability, experience and is an educated and knowledgeable resource to the changes that you will go through on your Keto journey. A Keto Coach is also the person you turn to when you get overwhelmed or discouraged.
